Trading Terms and Conditions for Karro Food Group
If any member of Karro Food Group is buying goods or services from you, the following terms and conditions will apply to all transactions after 1 June 2020: Eight Fifty Food Group Standard T&Cs of Purchase of Goods and Services June 2020.
The following historic terms and conditions of purchase applied to such transactions between March 2019 and May 2020: Karro Food Group Standard T&Cs of Purchase of Goods and Services 1 March 2019 to 31 May 2020.
If any member of Karro Food Group is selling goods or meat to you, the following terms and conditions will apply to all transactions after 1 June 2020: Eight Fifty Food Group Standard T&Cs of Sale of Goods June 2020.
The following historic terms and condition of sale applied to such transactions between March 2019 and May 2020: Karro Food Group Standard T&Cs of Sale of Goods 1 March 2019 to 31 May 2020.
If Karro Food Limited is buying pigs from you, the following terms and conditions will apply to all transactions after 1 June 2020: Karro T&Cs of Pig Purchase June 2020.
The following historic terms and condition of sale applied to such transactions between March 2019 and May 2020: Karro T&Cs of Pig Purchase 1 March 2019 to 31 May 2020.
If you are buying warehousing or related services from FJG Logistics Ltd, the UKWA 2019 standard terms and conditions will apply: FJG Logistics UKWA 2019 terms and conditions.
In each case, to the entire exclusion of any other terms and conditions that you may seek to impose or otherwise incorporate into the contract, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing unless there is a negotiated, agreed and signed written contract in place between us (“bespoke agreement”). If we have signed a bespoke agreement, it will prevail over our standard terms and conditions except to the extent that our standard terms and conditions expand upon or supplement that bespoke agreement, for example, and including but not limited to, in relation to the impact of Brexit or Pandemic.
Karro Food Group means any company under the direct or indirect control of Eight Fifty Food Group Limited (Co No 10664871) from time to time; including but not limited to: Karro Food Group Limited; Karro Food Limited; Karro ICT Services Limited; Karro Food Frozen Limited; Karro Food Stoke Limited; Karro McGees (ROI) Limited; FJG Logistics Limited; and T S Bloor & Sons Limited, but excluding Young’s Seafood Limited. Cookstown® is a trading name of Karro Food Ltd.

If Young’s Seafood Limited is buying goods or services from you, the following terms and conditions will apply to all transactions after 1 June 2020: Eight Fifty Food Group Standard T&Cs of Purchase of Goods and Services June 2020.
The following historic terms and condition of purchase applied to such transactions between January 2018 and May 2020: Young’s Seafood Standard T&Cs of Purchase of Goods and Services 1 January 2018 to 31 May 2020.
If Young’s Seafood Limited is selling goods or fish to you, the following terms and conditions will apply to all transactions after 1 June 2020: Eight Fifty Food Group Standard T&Cs of Sale of Goods June 2020.
In each case, to the entire exclusion of any other terms and conditions that you may seek to impose or otherwise incorporate into the contract, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing unless there is a negotiated, agreed and signed written contract in place between us (“bespoke agreement”).
