For any member of the Sofina Foods Europe group of companies buying goods or services, the following terms and conditions apply to all transactions:

If any member of the Sofina Foods Europe group of companies is selling products, ingredients, fish or meat to you, the following terms and conditions will apply:

Terms and Conditions for Pig Purchases

If Karro Food Limited, or any other entity in the Sofina Foods Europe group of companies, is buying pigs from you, the following terms and conditions will apply to all transactions:

Warehousing Terms & Conditions – FJG Logistics

If you are buying warehousing or related services from FJG Logistics Ltd, the UKWA 2019 standard terms and conditions will apply: FJG Logistics UKWA 2019 terms and conditions.

In each case, to the entire exclusion of any other terms and conditions that you may seek to impose or otherwise incorporate into the contract, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing unless there is a negotiated, agreed and signed written contract in place between us (“bespoke agreement”). If we have signed a bespoke agreement, it will prevail over our standard terms and conditions except to the extent that our standard terms and conditions expand upon or supplement that bespoke agreement, for example, and including but not limited to, in relation to the impact of Brexit or Pandemic.

Sofina Foods Europe group of companies means any company registered in England and Wales; Scotland; and/or the Republic of Ireland under the direct or indirect control of Sofina Foods Limited (Co No 10664871) from time to time, including but not limited to: Karro Food Group Limited; Karro Food Limited; Karro ICT Services Limited; Karro Food Frozen Limited; Karro Food Stoke Limited; Karro McGees (ROI) Limited; FJG Logistics Limited; T S Bloor & Sons Limited; Carroll Cuisine Unlimited Company; Callan Bacon Company Limited; M&M Walshe Limited; Stirchley Bacon Co. Limited; and Young’s Seafood Limited. Cookstown® is a trading name of Karro Food Ltd. RibWorld® is a trading name of M&M Walshe Ltd. Polarfrost® is a trading name of Young’s Seafood Limited’s fish trading division.
